Cote How Wedding Photographer

My love for Cote How, begins with home.

With offerings of magnificent views, breathtaking walks, the beautiful Rydal water and seasonal changes alongside the ever varied weather conditions; Cote How the Lake District, is a natural playground that chimes with my love of the outdoors.

I'm based in Ulverston, South Cumbria - only a stones throw from Ambleside. My family farm upon Cartmel Fell is overlooking one of the best views in the South Lakes. Blessed to be only a short travel from Cote How - one of the most sought after micro wedding and elopement venues in the Lake District.

Maybe it is the un-ruined natural scenes and wildlife, or is it the moody skies and sunny spells that sculpt the picturesque mountain views that keeps me tied to my home? I enjoy the simple life - ticking off Wainwrights, farming and ambitious adventures in the wild, whether in the UK or covering destination weddings in the likes of Australia.

(Writing this I smile). I know all too well it is the early mornings when I feel like Beatrix Potter, as the wildlife cascades the walls into the woodland, when the crisp fresh air and rain that sprinkles my face when I least expect it. These moments feel not only magical within Cote Hows grounds - but real, with resident wildlife! It is the charming peaceful silence that I've never found anywhere else. Like many, I could sit for hours listening to the waters upon the shores and taking in the skyline of peaks transforming as the clouds roll over them. Cote How, Ambleside, and Rydal water always feel like home as I enjoy all of the variety throughout the seasons, allowing my creative flare to shine.
