Clare Gelderd, that's me! Born and bred Cumbria wedding photographer & film-maker alongside being destination photographer & film-maker.
Here for the adventure elopements, a country lass who loves being outside. Huge animal lover, with farming in my blood, I am happiest within nature.

I am an AWARD WINNING photographer (not)!
I am a barrel of laughs though, sometimes wo-man of the match when I play rugby, gathered up a number of 1st places whilst presenting and handling livestock. I have run my own successful  cumbrian business since I was 18.

Not forgetting, I enjoy slipping in a few tasteful swear words when applicable, because honest people do that sh*t. Do not worry, I can read the room - I know when it is and isn't appropriate!

Looking towards a church wedding(?) - I WILL sing the songs in church! 

OVERVIEW IN SHORT - An adventurous, outdoorsy, Northern, Cumbrian, rugby playing lass, based in the Lake District with farming in my blood and a wild creative flare.

It is important to me that your photographs and films are welcoming and warm.

My signature edit style is cosy, focusing on natural and earthy tones with a sprinkling of mood when appropriate.

This makes sunsets pop, florals bloom with colour and everyone having a healthy glow.

The colours you choose to incorporate into your day certainly have a pull on these results too.
Obviously, if you have soft cool pastels throughout your day, my edit style won't be as contrasty warm and moody. It will be much more neutral and soft.

Naturally, due to my warm aesthetic, I often attract couples with warm, punchy, contrasty and bold colour palettes.
